A one-time 75-minute private coaching session. Perfect for getting immediate feedback, improving a specific skill, working on a specific project, or getting a professional point of view on your climbing.
- 1-Month Training Plan ($100)
Includes a 75-minute in-person assessment, plus a personalized 4-week training program designed for you to carry out on your own.
- 3-Month Training Cycle ($200)
BEST VALUE. Set yourself up for long-term progression. Includes three 75-minute private sessions (about one per month) and 3 months of personalized programming.
Every session is tailored to you.
For single sessions: We will focus on your immediate goals, whether that's better footwork, learning dynos, or making progress on a project. You will leave with actionable items you can try in your next session.
For Training Plans: In your initial 75-minute assessment, we will evaluate your baseline strength, technique and movement patterns. You will receive a structured plan with on-wall and off-wall workouts to follow for the next 4-weeks.
Daniel Alacoque (he/him) - Team Cove and Provincial Head Coach
Daniel is at the pinnacle of the Newfoundland performance climbing scene. As the Provincial Head Coach and the Head Coach of Team Cove he personally trains and mentors the very best climbers in the province.
With over 20 years of multi-sport coaching experience and a decade of performance climbing coaching, Daniel brings a wealth of competitive and outdoor bouldering and lead experience to his coaching. He is deeply committed to pushing his athletes to their limits while fostering a positive and healthy high-performance climbing community at The Cove.
